Just needs brake work, would be great for a tall rider. I wanted it however it sounds too tall for me, probably someone 6 foot or taller. I'm guessing from what he said and the pictures it is a 60cm+ I talked to Bob and he sounds totally legit, hence why I'm re-posting for him trying to help out.
