Weld Prostars. 15x4 Brand new with tires, never mounted on a car - (essex in Baltimore, MD

I have 2 Weld Prostars 15x4 with a 4.5 bolt circle and 2.25 backspacing (fits ford mustangs,any 5 lug fords and mopars). They are brand new, never had a lug nut on them, with new Kumho [removed phone]'s. All brand new lug nuts and center caps (still in the bag) included. The only reason I am selling is they dont fit the BIG rotor and caliper combination I
